To those interested in Adventist History Seminars:
I am writing to let you know that Pastor Stanley Cottrell is an active minister in Michigan Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. Although he is “officially” retired, we have kept him busy using his administrative gifts to interim pastor churches until we can assign a full time pastor in those churches.
He has pastored some of our larger churches and some not so large ever since he retired a few years back. Currently, he is pastoring the Urbandale Church in Battle Creek, Michigan. As you can see, we have confidence in him.
He Directed the Historic Adventist Village in Battle Creek for eight years before retirement and has continued to be an advocate and spokesman for Adventist history in our churches and for our Pathfinders across the state. He is often invited outside our conference to share our beautiful and illustrious history. Not once have I received a complaint, but instead calls of appreciation. Pathfinders and Church Schools also appreciate his ministry.
Therefore, I can without reserve, recommend Elder Cottrell and endorse what he has been doing!
